Excellent location in a popular, centric part of Playa del Carmen. 3 blocks from the famous 5th avenue and around 450 mtr from the Caribbean sea. The MEGA supermarket is just across the street and you will find many restaurants just around the corner.
Beautifully decorated 2-bdr penthouse that can host 6-8 people comfortably. This apartment is located in the brand new Palmares building, which is in a excellent location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with each an en-suite bathroom and built-in closet. The first bedroom has 1 King size bed and the other bedroom has 2 double beds. Furthermore there is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room that accommodate another 2 people. So a great place for a family or group of friends as it can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children. In my personal opinion, the best feature of this penthouse apartment is its amazing, private rooftop terrace. This rooftop has it all: - sun beds, - L-shaped lounge area, - dining table for 6 people, - grill area with sink, - Half bath, - And the best feature, a private jacuzzi/plunge pool. We would like to mention that the water in the jacuzzi does not get hot, it is more used to cool down and relax. Truly an amazing place to hang out with friends and/or family.
But the common areas are also definitely worth mentioning. On the ground floor there is a spacious swimming pool with built-in sun beds and as it gets gradually deeper it is a great pool for all ages.
There are several tables and chairs available around the pool area. Next to the pool you can find the business center/meeting area and one floor higher there is a gym with brand new equipment for all levels. The lobby/entrance area is very comfortably decorated and has an assistance desk that is manned 24/7. Furthermore there is a security door and a 24/7 security guard.
The building has several elevators throughout the building.
