Holiday House in Wolfsberg with Beautiful Garden and Fabulous View

The charmingly furnished, self-catering house for 2-4 persons lies at 1200 metres above sea level on Saualpe. You can enjoy a fabulous view from the house of Koralpe and Petzen. It is surrounded by forests and you can go on walks right from the house or explore the area by bicycle. The surroundings are a true mushroom and berry gathering area. The house and the surroundings are a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, hikers, families with children and couples with or without a dog.

The house consists of a bedroom, a living room, a little entrance area, a pantry, a little dining corner and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric stove, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer, crockery and tea towels. You can also cook with an additional hob. Sugar and salt are provided. The bedroom has a double bed and satellite TV, as well as bed linen. The bathroom consists of a bath, WC, washbasin, toilet paper, towels, bathrobes, bath towels. The hot water is heated with a bathroom boiler. Pellets heating is possible throughout. In the living room there is a Haas stove with a glass front for cosy hours, as well as a satellite TV, a leather sofa that can be pulled out for 1-2 people. The house was generally renovated in 2017. The flooring consists of laminate, with tile in the bathroom. The wood and pellets are provided by the owner.

A parking space is available. The outdoor area consists of a children’s play area, sandpit, trampoline, a brick-built grill, an arbour with a big table and chairs, fire baskets. Part of the garden ca. 1500m² is available, as well as a terrace with chairs and a table, from which you can watch the sunset. Please keep dogs on the leash in the garden, as the owner himself has two dogs. The site is fully fenced.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. Free fitness hours are offered in Wolfsberg from the end of September to the end of June (except during Carinthian holidays), as the owner holds evening fitness classes.

Recreational possibilities include Klippitztörl 29km away as a winter ski resort, an ice skating rink, cross-country skiing, summer luge, Koralpe (ski resort 27km away with a snowpark, a hiking area in summer) Weinebene 35km away (summer ski resort, summer hiking area). The nearest restaurant is Forst 4.8 away. It is 15km to the shopping town Wolfsberg with an ice rink and 14km to a climbing hall, 27km to the St. Andrä swimming pond. The nearest lakes are Klopeinersee 36 km, Turnersee 38 km, Wörthersee 50 km.

    “Das Haus ist ein Traum!!!!
    Es liegt sehr ruhig, hat ein super gepflegtes Grundstück welches trotzdem sehr Hunde tauglich ist. Und sehr liebevoll dekoriert.
    Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, im Prinzip reicht es wenn man ein paar persönlicheSachen und Kleidung mit nimmt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend.
    Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, findet diese ganz sicher im Knusperhäuschen. Sauberkeit wird ganz ganz groß geschrieben. WLAN funktioniert auch prima. Alles in allem ein ganz fantastisches Haus und sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Das Ferienhaus befindet sich ein einer phantastischen Lage direkt am Waldrand. Das Grundstück und das Ferienhaus sind sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich hoch. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Mit dem Ferienhaus standen uns auch ein Whirlpool, eine Sauna, eine Gartendusche und verschiedene Liegewiesen zur Verfügung. An den heißen Tagen war dies ein Segen. Auch den mediteran eingerichtete Grillplatz haben wir abends genutzt. Auch nicht selbstverständlich: alle Grillutensilien standen zur Verfügung. Für Kinder stehen noch eine Rutsche, eine Schaukel, eine Klettermöglichkeit und ein Trampolin zur Verfügung. Da wir immer mit Hund reisen ist dies für uns besonders wichtig: das ganze Grundstück ist perfekt "gartentechnisch" umfriedet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Bei Spaziergängen vom Ferienhaus ausgehend, hatten wir den einen und anderen grandiosen Blick auf das Lavanttal. Dieses Objekt war bisher unser bestes Ferienhaus. Es stimmte einfach alles. Wir können dieses Ferienobjekt nur empfehlen.”

    “Das Haus liegt auf 1200m Seehöhe, inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, sehr ruhig, alle Geräte vom Kühlschrank über Fernseher bis zum Staubsauger funktionieren einwandfrei, das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Garten sehr gepflegt, Spaziergänge mit dem Hund direkt ab Haus möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.”
