This attractive and beautifully situated vacation home is very suitable for a comfortable vacation for two. Due to its location on Landgoed Hunzebergen in Exloo, it is also in a wooded walking area. The garden is very large and has several cozy terraces. Part of the garden is completely fenced and therefore dog-friendly. In the cozy living room there is a sitting area and dining table and it is open to the kitchen. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The outdoor pool is shared.

The possibilities for beautiful walks, bike rides and varied excursions from this vacation home in the province of Drenthe are endless. You cycle to the most beautiful places in Drenthe, past vast meadows and heath landscapes. Discover the diverse nature in the UNESCO Geopark de Hondsrug and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the typical Anger villages. Interesting destinations are Hunebedcentrum in Borger (12 km), WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen (13 km), Open Air Museum Ellert and Brammert (15 km), Museum Village Orvelte (22 km) and Kamp Westerbork (29 km). Visit the province of Groningen and there for example the monastery Ter Apel (16 km) and the picturesque fortified village Bourtange (29 km).

    “Das Grundstück ist riesig, sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Es verfügt über mehrere Sitzplätze zum Verweilen und Genießen, vor Allem der Vogelwelt. Es ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass sich der Hund frei bewegen kann. Es ist möglich, direkt vom Grundstück zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu starten, ohne in den Verkehr zu geraten.
    Das vermeintlich kleine Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, verfügt über jeglichen Komfort, ist sauber (Nichtraucherhaus!) und hat genügend Platz für 2 Personen mit Hund.”
