This detached holiday villa is located 80 m from the beach in peaceful surroundings. Access to the beach is via a private plot of land with no roads or obstacles.

The fantastic pathway through a Mediterranean garden with olive and fig trees and aromatic plants will lead you to the private sundeck with access to a beautiful pebble beach. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and several garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.

The villa is a three storey house. The upper floor has three bedrooms each with a bathroom. The ground floor has a living-dining area, kitchen, niche with sofa-bed, bathroom and outdoor terrace. By opening sliding doors the living room merges with the outdoor terrace. The walkout basement has a large living-dining area with a fireplace and with a kitchen and a bathroom. The villa has all rooms and living areas air conditioned. The water is heated by a solar panel.

The beach is about 80 metres away. The beach is accessible via a private access door. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 1500 metres away. There is a small restaurant on the beach 100 metres away.

    “Ein wunderschönes. modernes Ferienhaus dessen Charme nur noch von den außergewöhnlich netten und liebenswürdigen Vermietern übertroffen wird.
    Wir waren 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene plus 3 Kinder) und auf den 3 Etagen und 2 großen Terrassen findet man zu jeder Zeit genug Platz. Ungewöhnlich hochwertig ist die Austattung: 5 (ja 5!) vollwertige Bäder, 3 große Schlafzimmer plus 2 Schlafcouchen, 2 Küchen (alles nagelneu und vollausgestattet), alle Räume klimatisiert, Griller etc.
    Das Frühstück auf der Paterreterasse ca. 30 Höhenmeter über dem Meer war für uns und unsere Kinder immer ein Highlight, sowie einen Stock höher der Sun-downer. Sensationell auch der Strand, welcher über einen kleinen Weg (ca. 100m, alles auf Privatgrund) über ein versperrbares Tor erreichbar ist. Auch am Strand hat man eine kleine Privatterasse.
    Die Infrastruktur ist ausgezeichnet, der nächste Konzum ca. 250m enfernt, das nächste Einkaufszentrum ca. 6km. Wenn man nicht selbst kochen möchte kann man eines der Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (”
