Fabulous thatched house with a fenced site near St. Peter-Ording

This fabulous thatched house is in the hinterland of St.Peter-Ording in the immediate vicinity of the golf club “Open County” in Tating. It is only 6km to SPO with many shops, restaurants, bars and one of the most impressive beaches in Europe. The Westerhever lighthouse is 25km away and it is only 38km to Husum with its old harbour and the beautiful old town. It is a wellness oasis amidst the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Wattenmeer national park with its tidal flats.

The house built in 2000 provides a generous 193m² on two floors. It has a living and dining room with a built-in kitchen, a fireplace room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower/bath and a WC and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with a coffee machine and flatscreen TV.

Outside there is a furnished terrace, a carport and a shed for bicycles. The adjoining paddock is ideal for children to play and dogs to run around. Three bicycles are available, as well as a charcoal grill. The fenced site has its own pond.

It is 142km to Hamburg, 38km to Husum, 25km to Westerhever lighthouse and 6km to St. Peter-Ording.

    “Sehr schönes großes Ferienhaus, wo man sich auch als Großfamilie mit Hunden wohl fühlt. Toller großer Garten, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles sauber und ordentlich.
    Einziger Kritikpunkt, eine Gästekarte für den Strand wäre bei dem Mietpreis wünschenswert.”

    “Das Ferienhaus hat ein rundum eingezäuntes Grundstück, was sehr entspannend bei Kindern oder Hunden ist. Das Haus ist großzügig und vermittelt durch sein Reetdach und die Balkenkonstruktion innen eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es ist gepflegt, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet; es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar ein Treppengitter zum Schutz von Kleinkindern . Die Küche ist gut und durchdacht ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Beleuchtung könnte heller sein; an trüben Tagen ist es etwas düster. Der Park/Garten mit seinem Baumbestand ist sehr schön und läd ein, im Schatten in den aufgestellten Strandkörben zu sitzen und die Natur zu genießen, wiewohl die Straße, zwei Grundstücke weiter, tagsüber etwas laut ist. Für uns war das nachrangig. Insgesamt ist Haus sehr zu empfehlen.”
