Appartamento con terrazza privata, con vista mare, 50 m dalla spiaggia L'appartamento al primo piano si trova vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Sas Linnas Siccas in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde di un giardino di ulivi.

L'appartamento ha un loggiato coperto in cui potere pranzare/cenare all'aperto, dotato di mobili da giardino, ombrellone e due lettini. Da cui si gode anche il panorama con vista sul mare. Nella parte posteriore della casa c'è un altro spazio a disposizione con delle sdraio, ombrellone, etc. La proprietà è recintata con doccia all'esterno.

Il primo piano, di circa 60 mq può ospitare 4-6 persone. È composto dalle seguenti stanze: un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto (32") e divano letto matrimoniale; una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale; una cameretta con due letti singoli; una cucina completamente attrezzata con fornelli, forno, forno a microonde e grill, macchina da caffè e angolo pranzo, infine un bagno con doccia e bidet. L'appartamento è dotato di Wi-Fi e cassaforte.

La spiaggia dista circa 50 m ed è raggiungibile tramite una rampa, in modo da rendere possibile l'accesso anche a un passeggino o carrozzina. Il centro paese di Sos Alinos con ristoranti e supermercati si trova a circa 1 km di distanza. Orosei si trova a ca. 8 km.

Sono gratuitamente a disposizione due biciclette. Inoltre troverete nella casa un lettino da viaggio per bambini piccoli e seggiolone da tavolo.

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge, zum Baden und Wandern.
    Die Wohnung ist gut mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Positiv: Die wunderschöne Bucht ist in 5Min. erreichbar.
    Die sehr gute, persönliche Betreuung von Gian Mario.
    Die Terrasse, wo wir täglich die Mahlzeiten einnehmen konnten.
    der zweite Sitzplatz mit Liegestühlen.

    “Alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet besonders die Küche. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter , man fühlt sich willkommen und zu Hause. Aber Mietwagen ist ein muss wie überall auf Sardinien.”
