Diese in 2018 renovierte Ferienwohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Einbauküche (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) und 1 Badezimmer. Vor dem Haus befinden sich ein Gemeinschafts- und ein Kinderpool. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für Familien, die Entspannung suchen. Vom großen Balkon geniessen Sie eine traumhafte Aussicht über Calpe, auf das Meer und den Peñón de Ifach. Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur 200 Meter. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt von Calpe. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden.

Der Balkon ist mit einem Tisch und vier Stühlen ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Markise. Das Grundstück ist gesichert und somit auch für Kinder bestens geeignet.

Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 200m. Das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Supermärkten ist ca. 300m entfernt.

    “Het appartement was prima. Alles wat we nodig hadden met ons 2.
    Het lijkt wat krap voor 4 personen, maar met 2 is het ruim genoeg. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Het appartement is compleet ingericht. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het ligt vlakbij het oude centrum en op een kleine 10 minuten naar het strand. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar in de winterperiode. We hebben ervan genoten!”

    “Malgré le temps nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement très satisfaisant et très lumineux avec en prime une magnifique vue.
    Proche de tout. Nous connaissons bien calpe et franchement très bon compromis en cette période.”

    “Easy to find, good location close to town centre and beach, with a lovely view to Penon d'Ifach. The flat was immaculately clean and newly furnished. It's not big but well thought out to make the most of the space available. It was well supplied with warm bedding and heaters (we stayed in January). The kitchen has a good selection of pots, pans and utensils which meant it was easy to cater for ourselves. Worth a mention was the selection of kitchen knives - great, and picnic boxes - also great. The balcony caught the sun from dawn to mid afternoon and was lovely, also great for drying any washing. The double bedroom is small, so not ideal for a large couple or a lot of luggage, but the twin bedroom is a good size and has good storage. Although the beds are a bit basic, the mattresses are comfortable. The location is quiet and parking was convenient. Overall, we thought the flat was a great choice and good value for money. We have suggested that the host should provide clearer information about arrival and collecting the keys, which we understand he will do; he was helpful when we had a problem arriving late. This apart, all was excellent.”
