Holiday house

Our completely newly and ecologically renovated holiday house is on the outskirts of the town Annweiler.

Parking spaces are available on the street in front of the house.

It offers plenty of space (about 120m²) for 4-6 people. The rooms are on two floors. The ground floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and other appliances. There is also a second separate WC. The upper floor consists of the second bedroom, a little living room with a sofa bed and a new bathroom with a shower WC and washbasin. There is a second shower on the lower floor.

The surroundings are suitable for hiking. The Pfälzer chalets, of which there are a number in the area, are very popular. You can also go mountain biking, climbing and cycling in the area. The historical town centre of Annweiler is only 500 metres away. The well-known Burg Trifels can be accessed on foot or by car. There are three starting points for paragliding.

A children’s travel bed can be provided on request. Each room is fitted with a smoke alarm. Smoking is not permitted in the house. All the wardrobes have clothes hangers. Bed linen can be provided.

    “Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unseren Vermietern empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Aufteilung über zwei Etagen ist optimal für gemeinsam reisende Paare.
    In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.”

    “Das Objekt liegt in ruhiger Lage ,etwas am Rand der Stadt.
    Die Umgebung ist sehr gut zum Wandern geeignet, es gibt sehr viel Natur zu erleben.
    Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
    Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
    Die Sauberkeit ist nicht zu toppen.
