This accommodation offers a splendid view of the Chianti countryside and the medieval village of Barberino Val d'Elsa. The house is divided into three cozy and well furnished apartments that do not communicate with each other and can accommodate up to 14 people. This accommodation is ideal for groups or families who want to spend a vacation together while enjoying privacy. The adjacent separate barn is equipped with spacious common areas. The house is surrounded by a large plot of about 5,000 m2 with various green areas and a well-kept, fully equipped garden, where there is a swimming pool (6 x 12 meters, depth: 1.40-2.20 meters) for the exclusive use of guests. Access to the house through a 750 m long gravel road, which is not suitable for low-slung cars and sports cars. The farmhouse and the barn are not connected. Distances: 1.5 km Barberino Val d'Elsa (grocery stores), 3 km Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, 20 km San Gimignano, 30 km Florence, 35 km Siena.
