This modern and comfortable holiday chalet is located in a quiet residential area, just a few steps from the shops in Peñiscola, a varied and popular holiday destination for tourists at any time of year.

The house offers fantastic views and the outdoor pool can be used all year round. The facilities make it a particularly pleasant holiday home for up to 6 people and families.
In the basement of the house you will find a laundry room and the enormous garage for up to 3 vehicles. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room with air conditioning (hot and cold) and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, the kitchen and a bathroom. You also have access to the terrace and garden from this floor. On the upper floor is the fantastic suite with its own bathroom and terrace, which is ideal for a couple.

Peñiscola is a beautiful medieval town on the Mediterranean and, in addition to its beautiful town centre, offers fantastic, fine sandy beaches and excellent gastronomy. A visit to the fiestas from 7-15 September is highly recommended, ideal for getting to know the traditions and culture of the town.
