Luxury large villa with magnificent views, 18 people, rural located between Seville, Ronda and Malaga.
Reina del Rio means queen of the river. And that is exactly what feeling that you get when you enter this house. You feel like a king (or a queen) when you wander around in the spacious rooms of this luxury Spanish villa. The location is phenomenal, on top of a hill and bordering to the always flowing river. The beautiful views at the river that you can see from the panorama windows complete the royal feeling of this villa. Are you looking for a luxury and spacious Spanish villa, then you found it!
Two large terraces, one covered and one semi covered. Large fenced swimming pool with views at the river and the hills. Access to the river with small beach. Large garden with lots of grass. A lot of privacy, the villa is in the middle of nature. Unlimited parking options. Play equipment for children (trampoline and a football table). This fantastic villa is located on the top of a hill. From the luxury villa you have a beautiful view of the river Guadalete and the rolling hills dotted with olive groves and oak forests. The colorful fields of arable farming, wheat, sunflowers, cotton, seem to cover the landscape as a colorful patchwork. In the distance you can see the higher mountains of the nature park. This combination of the gently sloping and rough rocks makes this area one of the most beautiful areas of Andalusia.
This beautiful villa offers a living room of 56 m² and a kitchen of 46 m² with various sitting areas (with TV), dining tables and two fireplaces. Everything is built with high beamed ceilings (5 meters). There is air conditioning, fans and there is heating in all (bed)rooms. There are a total of seven spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. For 16 people there are lovely spacious beds and there are also two extra beds and a cot available. The bedrooms are built around the large Spanish patio and almost all on the ground floor. One bedroom is accessible by stairs and in this room there are two beds of 1,20 m wide. Each of these beds could also be used as a sleeping place for two persons / children. The kitchen is spacious and has a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. There is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.
The white village of Puerto Serrano lies on the edge of the Grazalema Mountains, and this area is beautiful and here you can enjoy cycling, walking through forests, along crystal clear rivers, or through the ice-cold water of a canyon. An route by car is also highly recommended along the white villages and along the winding roads with majestic views. Seville, Ronda, Jerez de la Frontera, Arcos are all within an hour to drive.
