There are 2 further bedrooms with magnificent views to the mountain landscape sharing a second bathroom upstairs. The Plot... An own 200m access road accompanies you to the house with garage. The Villa is surrounded by a large lawn with palms. The large swimming pool with stone built steps is the focal point of the garden. Enjoy cosy barbecue evenings under the covered terrace (60 m2) TEAK furniture, barbecue and a sofa set are included under the exterior terrace, also an outdoor shower and complet garden-WC.

The environment... Finca "Es Sequer" offers you a relaxing holiday in a rural environment between the villages of Felanitx and Porto Colom, in a 45km distance of Palma airport. Felanitx is a village with all the necessary infrastructure: medical centers, police, firemen, shopping centers and restaurants. Felanitx offers Sunday morning a large market with a wide range of Cafés and shopping options of fresh island products. Porto Colom is a charming fishing village just 10 km from Felanitx. There are a wide variety of delicious restaurants and cafés along the Harbour with fantastic views. Several quiet sandy beaches are located nearby. The Caribbean similar dunes beach "Es Trenc" is in a 25min distance. The "Marina Cala D´Or" with many modern boutiques and restaurants is in a 15min distance. The "Vall D´Or" Golf Club is in the immediate vicinity of the Finca. The Monastery of San Salvador with its spectacular vantage point at 650 metres of height can be seen directly from the garden of the finca. The "Drach" caves are a must for any visitor to mallorca.

    “Wie beschrieben voll ausgestattet! Großzügig duch Splitlevel Bauweise. Rustikal, stilvoll dekoriert. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich groß! Sollte bei Belegung mit 3 Paaren berücksichtigt werden! Für eine Familie sollte es jedoch ideal sein! Ein Wannenbad mit Föhn und ein kleines Duschbad im Haus, Außendusche und WC im Garten. Filterkaffeemaschine (Filter vorhanden) sollte nicht mit Leitungswasser betrieben werden. Vermieter hätte aber sofort Ersatz gehabt, da er noch andere Häuser betreibt. Ansonsten steht noch eine "Kaffeetina" und Nespressomaschine zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen speziellen "Milchwärmer", da Milch am Gasherd wohl gerne überkochen würde...Riesengasherd und Megakühlschrank mit Giga-TK-Fach und ausreichend Eiswürfel und Schnapsgläser. Gute Messer, Gemüseschäler, etc. Ausreichend Geschirr. Um die Weine der Vinothek richtig zu genießen, können Sie am Hafen von Portocolom -als Tipp- ggf. böhmische Kristallrotweingläser für 2,50 € kaufen...Sektgläser sind vorhanden und sollten bei den guten Spanischen Cavas auf der Terrasse oft benutzt werden. :-)
    Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen - sehr herzlicher Empfang mit Brot, Salz, sehr gutem Olivenöl und tollen Tomaten!
    Vielleicht bleibt dem Nachmieter etwas mehr von unserer "Infrastruktur" übrig. Ansonsten einfach selber etwas Waschmittel, Spültabs, Tee, Gewürze, Pfeffer für die Mühle von Zuhause mitbringen und Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel, Alufolie etc. selber kaufen. Nespressokapseln vor Ort erhältlich und auch nachkaufbar.
    Nehmen Sie selber CD´s oder MP3 Musik auf Stick für die Anlage mit, da es aktuell keinen Radioempfang gab. Internet war dann wie daheim - sehr flott und tadellos. Vermieter gab immer binnen 5 Minuten Rückmeldung!
    Ein Haus mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten. Der Anbau wird auf 2-Familientauglichkeit erweitert. Da spürt man, das der Vermieter echtes "Gespür" hat und sehr vernünftig, sinn- und liebevoll anbietet.”
