The villa is located just 20metres from the beach of Dassia, in Corfu.
A small neighbourhood road is connecting the house with the rest of the area and main road.
With easy access to the beach, in the parking lot of the property, garden & garden furniture, Wi-Fi, B.B.Q facilities.

At your disposal is the 1st floor apartment-flat, 90sqm, ideal for families or group of friends. Consists of 2 bedrooms, that sleeps up to 5 adults, living room with 2 sofa beds that sleeps up to 2 adults and flat screen TV 32", kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower & private large balcony.
With a small but fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 2 hotplates, kitchen hood, mini oven / microwave, water boiler, coffee and tea machine and dining area.
Laundry machine available on request.

Dassia beach is only 20 meters away from the property.
The beach is organized, sunbeds, sun umbrellas are offered with a small fee by the shops. Τhere is a sidewalk along the entire beach, accessible with ramp too.
Restaurants, coffee shops, beach club and swimming pools open to the public can be found by the beach.
The town centre, shops and super markets, bus stop with regular bus service are approximately 150 meters away.

Please note that the access to the apartment is only by stairs. No lift in the property. No 24hour reception desk. All guests, should inform the property in advance, regarding arrival time. Late arrivals (after 24:00) will do self check in ... and check in procedure will be done the following day.
