Luxury Villa with pool
Villa Maris is located in Seget Vranjica, small Dalmatian city near the Adriatic sea. It is in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, with a beautifull sea view.
The Villa consists of 3 floors: There is a fully equipped kitchen (built in cooker, oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle etc), living room with smart TV and a toilet with shower on the first floor. On the second floor are three bedrooms (one has 2 separate beds and 2 have queen size beds). Every bedroom on this floor has its own private bathroom with shower, sea view, and balcony. Master bedroom with its own bathroom and gym are located on the third floor.
LCD TV with satellite channels and air condition are featured in every bedroom, in the living room and in the gym.
The infinity pool with built in water massage, waterfall and amazing view, along with the grill and outside kitchen is perfect for relaxing summer days.
Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site.
Trogir is 6.5km away, Sibenik is 50km away and Split is 36km away. Split airport is about 10km away from the Villa.
The distance to the sea is approximatelly 400m, and nearest store is about 200m away.
