The Finca Los Palmitos is a private property away from external noise, protected by a 3 meter high wall that surrounds the entire property and private security.

In the Palmitos Resort estate there is a beautiful valley with hundreds of plane trees and palm trees and a small beaches and almost wild natural pool about 5 km from the villa (6 minutes). It is also a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Arucas, where you can find the amazing Arucas Cathedral, numerous restaurants, pubs and shops, 15 minutes from the main city center (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and 20 minutes from Agaete and Puerto de las Nieves with many restaurants, beach and leisure areas. In the surroundings there are important archaeological sites such as The painted caves of Gáldar (Caves in Galdar) and gardens that can be visited.

Sit back on the sofa and enjoy a good book or enjoy all the amenities put at your disposal, such as a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, a radio or reading books. You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, heater, coffee maker, refrigerator, wine bar and then enjoy them around the dining table with seating for 12 people outdoors, on the terrace, taking advantage of the views of the Pool and the mountains. The third apartment located next to the pool has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed and single sofa plus a full equiped kitchen-dining room and a bathroom.

The pool area consists of a Finnish sauna, a chill out area and a terrace with a large outdoor table and chairs under a pergola. The villa also has a large tennis-football court and a barbecue area with wood oven, dining porch, bathroom-toilet and large parking areas. It also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, cabinets, toiletries, heating and fan. Please note that pool towels, bath towels and all linens are included in the price.
