Unique townhouse sleeps six people in a privileged situation opposite Palma beach with open views, close to the Cathedral and park. The house has three floors.

Staying in this house you can enjoy Palma at its best; it is just across the road to the beach, there is a 17km cycle path all along the sea front, you are in the historical centre of Palma, and the trendy fishing village or Portixol with all its seaside restaurants and bars is easily walkable. The Anima beach club is only 200m and Nassau beach club a short walk away.Close by are the shopping areas, Colon, Jaime II, Borne, San Miguel, Sindicato and the department store El Corte Ingles, also cafeterias, Restaurants and Boutiques.The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.
