Light holiday house with a garden and a terrace, in a quiet location The detached holiday house is centrally located, but also provides absolute peace and quiet without traffic noise. It is near the Hahnenklee spruce forest (a ten-minute walk). It was renovated and partially newly furnished in 2015.

The house classified as four-star by the DTV has a light and modern interior. The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV, a DVD and CD player, a sofa sitting corner, a wooden room divider, a dining corner and terrace windows. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, dining corner, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a cooker hood, a big fridge with freezer compartments, a sink with a cupboard underneath, wall cupboards, cupboards with a beech worktop, a microwave and many other electrical kitchen appliances. The bathroom provides a window, a bath with a shower, a washbasin, a little cupboard and a WC. The big hallway has a wardrobe, a big built-in cupboard, a shoe cupboard and the little hallway provides a shoe cupboard, a broom cupboard, a dresser and a full-length mirror.

The attic comprises three bedrooms, two each with a double bed (160 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm) and one with a single bed (90 x 200cm). There is also a guest WC with a window, WC, washbasin with a little cupboard underneath, a little dresser and a mirror. The two hallways provide two small and two large slatted wardrobes with mirrors.

The garden, sunny and facing south, has a terrace with an electronic awning and a grill. There are two car parking spaces available on site and storage space for motorbikes, bicycles, sledges and skis.

The Kurhaus, Kurpark, a bakery and ErlebnisBocksBerg Hahnenklee are less than a five-minute walk away.

    “Positiv: Das Haus war sehr sauber,mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden, das war super bei Urlaub mit Kids. Einen tollen Holzkohlegrill war auch zur Verfügung gestellt worden und die Lage von ca 50 m neben dem Bäcker bei dem es auch selbstgemachte Eis gab wurde täglich genutzt. Nebenan ist der Kurpark in dem die kids auf dem Spielplatz toben können und man die schöne Lage genießen kann. Freizeit: Goslar muss gesehen werden, in Goslar Rammelsberger Bergwerk, Iberger Tropfsteinhöle, Thaler Hexentanzplatz (1 Stunde entfernt) und natürlich der Kuttelbacher Teich in Hahnenklee mit Tretbootfahren hatte Spaß gemacht . Auch der Liebesbankweg im Ort war super.Hatten Zwischenstation am Blocksberg gemacht mit Rodeltour.”

    “Positiv: Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr hilfsbereite und nette Vermieter.
    Das Objekt liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
    Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Biketouren aller Schwierigkeitsgrade ideal.”

    “Das Haus liegt zentral im Ort, ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten es für 10 Tage gebucht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Da der Urlaub, im August 2020 war, konnten wir uns gut, vor den Coronaansteckungen schützen.
    Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten, Sonnenliegen und Terrasse sind vorhanden, sodass man nicht immer einen Ausflug in die Natur planen muss.Es war herrlich angenehm dort, nicht zu heiß, im Haus, sodass wir uns dort gut erholt haben.
    Klasse was, dass der Bäcker nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt war, sodass wir morgens, immer schnell unsere Frühstücksbrötchen hatten.
    Die Vermietrin ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, auch hier fühlte man sich gleich willkommen.
    Wir würden es jederzeit wiederbuchen.”
