This charming vacation home is a mill dating back to 1897. The property is located 17 km from Quimperlé and enjoys a rural location in the Isole valley. You can look forward to plenty of relaxation in this protected natural area. The 17,000 m² plot is pleasantly peaceful and borders a river. This location is perfect for nature lovers, amateur anglers, hiking enthusiasts, vacationers seeking peace and quiet and gourmets. Afterwards, you can take part in a cruise in the Breton bays. Concarneau is 29 km away. Take a tour of its old ramparts and experience the biodiversity of the oceans at the Marinarium. Quimper (44 km) attracts visitors with its Saint-Quentin cathedral and the charming Jardin du Prieuré park. Quimperlé with the Sainte-Croix church is well worth a visit, as is Doëlan (30 km): a picture-book harbor. To relax after a long day out, the sauna in this beautiful vacation home is just right.
