The cottage is located on a hill where there used to be a windmill.

The view is fantastic and the hilly landscape stretches all the way to Hallandsåsen. You can enjoy the same view while sunbathing on the wooden terrace by the large, round outdoor pool If you want to get a little cozier, there is a covered terrace to the southeast where you can have breakfast. For games there is a nice lawn.
In the village, just a few hundred meters away, there is a nice playground.

The house is open plan and has 1 bedroom with a double bed. Extra beds can be placed on the couch in the combined living room and kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.

The pool is open from 1/6 to 1/9 and is sun heated. For swimming in other waters and fishing there is the sea, lakes and a river - and you can reach all this by bike. If you want to swim in the sea, the kilometer wide beach "Siberia" is recommended. You can buy a fishing license in Ängelholm, where you can also rent a boat.
If you want to drive a little longer, the famous Kattegatleden trail passes by the sea. For hiking there is Skåneleden, among others, and on Hallandsåsen you can also go mountain biking. Ängelholm / Båstad are traditional resorts with a wide range of activities. Artists and craftsmen, farm stores and food craftsmen, sailing, tennis, golf are only a few kilometers away.

If you want to get away a little longer, you can drive to Copenhagen in 1 hour and Gothenburg in 2 hours. Kite surfers love the waves of Skälderviken. The classic restaurant Klitterhus is located right by the sea and you can enjoy the view while you eat and drink well.
The cottage is located in the countryside in a small village, but you still have everything you need for a nice summer vacation.

The upper floor is sporadically used by the homeowner, but it has a separate entrance and stairs opposite the rental part, so you will not be disturbed by each other.n
