Wonderful luxury villa and design

Wonderful Villa of exclusive design,that belongs to the group of VILLAS GOLDEN GRAN CANARIA, located in Meloneras, the most vibrant area in the south of Gran Canaria, very close to the Meloneras Beach, and its glamorous Maritime Boulevard, where the 4 and 5 star hotels follow each other, leading to the Faro de Maspalomas and at the beginning of Maspalomas Beach, undoubtedly one of the most attractive in the world - more than 7 kilometers long - just 20 minutes walking (3 minutes by car) from the Villas. Enjoy the best weather in the world in the best possible environment with your family and loved ones.

The rooms of the Villa are distributed in different levels with a taste and exquisite design and first quality materials. The main floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, pool and exterior (garden and barbecue) ... We emphasize the quality and design of all materials and accessories of the villa .. It is equipped with hot / cold air conditioning in all stays. It has 4 rooms with double beds of 1.50 m and 1 room with two single beds of 1.05 m. Two of its rooms architecturally separated. Its three bathrooms are fully equipped, as is its kitchen with top quality appliances. Welcome amenities (food, drink, utensils for the bathroom). The wonderful Villa has 350m2 of land and a living area of 200 m2. It has a large private pool of 12.5 m long ... It has a jacuzzi on the top floor with wonderful views. The outer zone; with its terrace and large olive tree, it is equipped with all furniture, hammocks, barbecue ... Enjoying the good weather of Maspalomas. Invite the well-being and relaxation of your vacation.

The Villa is located in a quiet and central residential area. Parking inside the Villa and all around. It has free internet. General rule: Check in: 3:00 PM / Check out: 10 AM. Check in and key collection is done in the villa by company staff.

The location of the Villa is ideal. It has a supermarket, fully equipped, less than 300 meters. There is a bus and taxi stop approximately 400 meters away. It also has nearby health care (Hospital de Meloneras). The great beaches of the south of Gran Canaria (Playa de Maspalomas 1.30 km and Playa de Meloneras 2.8 km), easy connection and access. The Boulevard de Meloneras with its shops and restaurants at a distance of 2 km. Pasito Blanco sports spring 2,5 km, Golf course 2,5 km. In the area, amusement park "Holiday World", just 3 km away for the enjoyment of the whole family.

    “Prima villa, eigenaresse is ook heel erg aardig en vriendelijk. Ook verliep de contact snel en gemakkelijk. Villa zit op 5 minuten lopen van supermarkt, wat ook top is. Met de taxi zijn de drukkere gebieden te bereiken als Playa Del Ingles of Puerto Rico. Villa zelf was top, alles is keurig en compleet met wat je nodig hebt. Bubbelbad is van 09.00-21.00 uur, daarna zit er een tijdslot op.”

    “Wauw! Wat een pareltje in Gran Canaria. Een droom om te verblijven, zeer clean en heel modern ingericht. Voorzien van alle comfort en zeer ruime kamers met zeer goede bedden en perfect ingerichte badkamer per kamer. De keuken is ruim en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Zeer ruime koelkast en diepvries. Buiten is er een zeer grote bbq aanwezig. En plek voldoende om lekker te zonnebaden. Het zwembad is echt de max om baantjes te trekken.Het enige wat wij hebben gemist is een tafel met stoelen om buiten te eten. Maar dit heeft niks van het comfort van deze reis afgenomen. Zeer aangename en vriendelijke eigenaars waar geen enkel vraag te veel voor was. Wij zijn fan en hopen hier zeker nog eens terug te komen genieten!”
