S'Hort de Marina is located in the surroundings of the Es Trenc Natural Park. The beautiful beaches of Es Trenc and Ses Covetes-Sa Ràpita with crystal clear waters and white sand are just 1 km away.
Dating back to 1790, the house has been restored respecting the original architectural style and converted into a modern, comfortable and well-equipped home that you can enjoy with your family or friends.

S'Hort de Marina has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en suite; a cozy living room with smart TV; an elegant living-dining room with a reading area; a fully equipped kitchen; a veranda where you can enjoy a wonderful meal at sunset, next to the kitchen there is another inviting terrace with barbecue; a saltwater pool with a large sun terrace to relax; a playground with football goals, a multi-purpose net and table tennis for entertaining hours for young and old. In the garage bicycles can be parked after a training session or a drive.

The finca is equipped with free WI-FI connection, Smart TV with satellite channels, air conditioning and heating. It also has a garden and views of the mountains and the Es Trenc Natural Park.

S'Hort de Marina is located near the village of Ses Covetes. The beaches of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc are among the most beautiful in Mallorca. They are located on the south coast and belong to the Natural Park Es Trenc, surrounded by vegetation and crystal clear sea, not far from the coastal village of Sa Ràpita, the towns of Campos and Santanyí, the fishing village of Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor, Es Llombards, Ses Salines and the popular touristic area of Colònia de Sant Jordi.

    “Tolle Finca für große Familie oder befreundete Paare. Es ist alles vorhanden,
    um einen wirklich traumhaften Urlaub hier zu verbringen. Wir wollen wiederkommen! Positiv: Sehr schön restauriertes Gebäude, modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Viel Wohnfläche und Komfort. Separate Schlaf-/Badezimmer für 4 Paare / Familien. Tolle Außenanlage mit Pool, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen, 2 Terassen, Grill, mehrere separate Klimaanlagen. Traumstrand Es Trenc in 25 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Restaurant: La Pala Rossa - Pizzeria, viele Einheimische, faire Preise Ausflüge: Kloster Santuari de Cura - Schöne Klosteranlage mit tollem Panaramablick über die ganze Insel”
