This comfortably furnished holiday apartment is just 20 metres from the sea, in the pedestrian zone. It is in a natural stone house over 160 years old that is listed and was restored with careful craftsmanship in the year 2017. Owing to its authentic and unusual appearance that evokes the charm of the past, the house is also a frequent eye-catcher for passers-by and guests. Its 95m² of living space comprise the following rooms: a living room with a flatscreen TV and double sofa bed, an adjacent bedroom with a double bed, a further bedroom with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a unique dining room, as well as a bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
The courtyard provides garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. Free Internet access is available.

About 30km away on the mainland is the town of Šibenik with its beautiful old town and cathedral as well as Zadar about 50km away. Not far from Šibenik there is Krka National Park with its waterfalls. The island Murter is connected to the mainland via a bridge and therefore within easy access by car. There are airports in Zadar and Split. The Hramina and Betina marinas provide moorings and modern facilities. Owing to the proximity to Kornati National Park, Murter is an ideal starting point for trips to the Kornati island world.
