Spacious vacation home made of high quality materials. The house has a large living room with a cozy sofa group and a large dining area, which are in open connection with the kitchen. In the living room a large panoramic window, which reaches from floor to ceiling, lets in a lot of light. The kitchen is fully equipped and with lots of cupboards and a good table, it offers very good conditions for cooks who want to give free rein to their creativity. There are three bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed and space for a crib and access to the terrace; another nice bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. The latter will be appreciated by large teenagers or a grandparent. There is a nice, large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, as well as a guest toilet.
In the garden you can expect a lawn with scattered shrubs, a spacious, beautiful wooden terrace facing south and a tiled terrace on the north side of the house. The house includes a garage for your car.
The landowners' association of the residential area has set up a nice common room at Rørbæksøvej, which can be used by everyone. Here there is a large area for bonfires and a petanque court.
Within 40 minutes by car you can reach Legoland and Givskud Zoo. The city of Silkeborg is only a 30-minute drive away and offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and many good specialty stores.
