This charming Mediterranean-style vacation villa in Ciudad Quesada is located in a privileged residential area just 6 km from fine sandy beaches and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including a private pool and a spacious terrace. Modern design and contemporary touches flow throughout the villa, which is divided into two separate floors, ideal for enjoying absolute privacy. The huge bedroom with a modern double shower and a large terrace on the second floor is not connected by the interior of the first floor. The furniture of this house is of high quality and you will feel at home here. The pool area is equipped with outdoor shower, patio furniture, barbecue, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. Ideal to enjoy a refreshing swim, relax on the sun loungers with a good book or enjoy barbecues together with the whole family or friends. Thanks to the central location of the vacation home, restaurants, leisure facilities, supermarkets, as well as golf courses are very close by. In only 20 minutes by car you can visit the city of Torrevieja. It offers great shopping opportunities, such as the shopping center "Habaneras" or the famous water park "Aquopolis". Torrevieja has an inviting beach promenade, perfect for a relaxing walk on the beach and to have a drink in one of the beach bars.
