Discover this charming Provencal stone house with its beautiful pool and fenced garden.

This beautiful air-conditioned house is located in the heart of the vineyards in the countryside of the beautiful Gard village of Tavel, just 20 minutes from Avignon and Orange. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 more people. Please note that the owners, who live next door and with whom you share the pool, already have two dogs. You will have the great pleasure to enjoy the beautiful garden with trees and flowers, a private area for your dinners and the large pool to cool down and relax (with rowing machine). Bicycles are also available! Children can have fun in the playhouse.

You will be charmed by this pretty village in the middle of famous vineyards, where in particular a Côtes du Rhône wine is produced in light pink to copper tones, one of the best rosé wines in the world! The Cave de Tavel has received the label of "Heritage of the 20th century" and is worth a visit as it is also a listed monument. Tavel hosts a Provençal market every Tuesday morning where you can discover delicious regional products (wines, cold cuts, poultry, cheese, honey, fruit). Nearby is Avignon, with its sublime papal palace. Also worth visiting is the Pont du Gard and the town of Orange, 20km, the largest Roman aqueduct in the world, spanning the pretty Gardon River. Uzès, 27km, is a lovely medieval town with a beautiful castle and candy museum. This beautiful region of the Gard also offers activities such as hiking and mountain biking or climbing.

    “Het zijn erg aardige mensen! Maar het huisje staat wel op dezelfde grond als het huis van de eigenaar!.. Je hebt het zwembad dus niet voor jezelf. ( denk daarbij ook aan je privacy) het huisje zelf zag er goed uit! Gezellig! Wel TE klein voor 6 personen. Eerder 4 personen met kind. Ook op sommige plekken in het huis kon wel wat meer schoongemaakt worden. ( denk daarbij aan dode vliegen op de koelkast, pannen die niet schoon zijn, wasemkap onder het vet, haren op de grond) ook moet je wel van honden houden! Ze hebben 2 grote benner senner honden, waarvan je de poep ook regelmatig tegen komt!..”
