In the summer paradise of Hvaler you will find this beautiful cottage with a large garden and close to a beach and hiking opportunities.

The cottage is located away from car traffic. In the garden you will find small soccer goals, croquet game and other garden games ? nice to spend the long days outside. There are also golf holes for training chip and input, golf equipment and balls are available. The house is close to nature, so you can see deer and many exciting bird species here at dusk. There is public transportation to and from Oslo if you don't want to drive. Otherwise, it is not far to walk to a small harbor and child-friendly beaches, perfect to enjoy the sea during the vacations.

The national park and the coastal path start near the cottage. The largest town in the region, Skjærhalden, is also not far away. Here you will find several restaurants with outdoor seating, marina and beach. From here you can also take a boat to Strømstad in Sweden or go island hopping in the Hvaler archipelago. The sixth largest city in Norway, Fredrikstad, is a 20-minute drive from the house. Here you can stroll through the old town and the historic fortress complex from the 17th/18th century. NB: Low roof on the first floor.
