From the house and the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding wooded hills and the village. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and also offers games for children, a pool area with shower and a solarium area with sun loungers, table and chairs. Above the pool is a large outdoor terrace, heated and equipped for outdoor meals. The village of Montefegatesi is situated in a hilly position (810 m a.s.l.) with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Places to visit. Bagni di Lucca with spas 14 km; Lucca (39 km) with its ancient walls and many churches; the ski resort of Abetone (43 km); Pisa (55 km) with the world famous Leaning Tower; Pistoia (60 km) with its cathedral; Viareggio (62 km) with its beautiful seafront; Pietrasanta (66 km) with art exhibitions; Florence (91 km) with the world famous Uffizi Gallery; the charming villages of the Cinque Terre (130 km). For the entertainment of the whole family you will find nearby: Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and thermal baths (Bagni di Lucca), 63 km of free and equipped sandy beaches (Viareggio), 72 km of golf course (Versilia). There is also the possibility to go fishing in the river "La Lima", about 14 km away, or to visit the famous and nearby "Orrido di Butri" (3 km). The house can be reached only on foot through a path of about 100 m from the town square, where the car can be loaded and unloaded, while the parking lot is about 300 m away.
