Das voll ausgestattete, moderne Ferienhaus "Stefan” befindet sich im Dorf Kastel, unweit der bekannten Stadt Umag.
Auf 120 m² bietet das Ferienhaus Platz für sechs Personen. In dem 70 m² große Erdgeschoss finden Sie das Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und Schlafcouch sowie einem Esstisch mit Stühlen. In der offenen Küche finden Sie einen Herd, einen Kühlschrank, eine Spülmaschine, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette, Handtücher und Föhn befindet sich ebenso im Erdgeschoss wie ein Abstellraum. In der 50 m² großen 1. Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett der Maße 180 x 200 cm sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (100 x 200 cm). Ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Handtüchern ist vorhanden.
Neben den schönen Stränden und Buchten in Ihrer Nähe oder den historischen Denkmälern der Region, verbringen Sie eine erholsame Zeit in unserem Haus mit eigenem Pool, Klimaanlage, einer gehobenen Ausstattung und absoluter Privatsphäre. Überzeugen Sie sich von der angenehmen Lage des Ferienhauses, der guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den einheimischen Spezialitäten, die in vielen Restaurants angeboten werden. Das Ferienhaus ist ca. acht Kilometer vom Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. zwei Kilometer und Restaurants sind ca. 300 Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt.
Sollte Ihre Reisegruppe grösser ausfallen, so steht Ihnen zusätzlich unser Ferienhaus "Lukas" mit gleicher, gehobener Ausstattung zur Verfügung. Somit können bis zu zwölf Personen einen gemeinsamen, tollen Aufenthalt geniessen. Die Region ist hervorragend geeignet für Aktivurlauber, heißt z.B. Mannschaften in den Bereichen Tennis, Radfahren, Fussball können hier unter Traumbedingungen ein Trainingslager absolvieren.

The fully equipped, modern holiday home "Stefan" is located in the village of Kastel, not far from the well-known city of Umag.
With 120 m², the holiday home accommodates six people. In the 70 m² ground floor, you will find the living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a kettle. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, and a hairdryer on the ground floor, along with a storage room. On the 50 m² first floor, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and another bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200 cm). An additional bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towels is available.
In addition to the beautiful beaches and coves nearby or the historical monuments of the region, you will enjoy a relaxing time in our house with its private pool, air conditioning, high-quality furnishings, and complete privacy. Experience the pleasant location of the holiday home, the good shopping opportunities, and the local specialties offered in many restaurants. The holiday home is approximately eight kilometers from the beach, shopping facilities are about two kilometers away, and restaurants are around 300 meters from the holiday home.
If your travel group is larger, our holiday home "Lukas," which has the same high-quality furnishings, is also available. This way, up to twelve people can enjoy a wonderful stay together. The region is excellently suited for active vacationers, meaning teams in sports such as tennis, cycling, and football can conduct training camps under dream conditions here.
