If you are looking for a vacation in peace and comfort with family or friends, you are at the right place. The modern furnished vacation home "Am Eselsberg" is located on the outskirts of Fleringen with direct access to the surrounding meadows and pastures.

The house is very well equipped with its own fenced garden area where you can enjoy the fresh air day and night. You can let your children play undisturbed in the fenced garden, for the older ones there is room to run around or play ball on the meadow belonging to the house.

The vacation property is very child-friendly. For children up to four years there is a crib and a high chair available. Here your children will feel comfortable and it is guaranteed not to be boring.

They can observe the traffic in this vacation home only from a distance. Due to the final location on the outskirts of the village, only the neighbor or occasionally agricultural equipment drives by here. Your active leisure activities whether hiking or cycling you can start directly from the house. To Prüm or known bike and hiking trails you can get away from the traffic on field and meadow paths. Your bicycles, motorcycles or other leisure equipment can be stored dry in the garage belonging to the house when not in use. In addition to the lockable garage parking space, the house has two other car parking spaces on its own property. In case of bad weather you can enjoy the evenings in the spacious interior of the house together playing board games, reading or just watching TV.

Due to the hillside location, the first floor is partly in the basement.

If you are traveling with friends or with several families, with whom you want to spend the day, but spend the evenings separately in peace, it is recommended to rent the apartment DEI231 as well. It is located only 800 m from your accommodation.

The village of Fleringen is located in the western part of the Eifel or very close to the Belgian border. Your vacation home is located between the lively town of Prüm and the medieval town of Gerolstein on the border of the Schneifel. Fleringen is located in an extensive, beautiful area with several nature parks and good hiking and biking opportunities. In the landmark of Prüm, someone may be playing the impressive organ while you visit the beautiful basilica. You will find a bicycle rental 5 km away in Weinsheim. Swimming pools are located in Prüm and Gerolstein respectively. You will also find shopping and shopping opportunities here.

In the winter months, the ski resorts Schwarzer Mann and Wolfsschlucht are worth a visit, even outside the ski season.
