Aria - holiday home with pool, in Filipana

Explore and enjoy the magical Istria and rest in the new holiday home with the private pool in quiet Filipana, close to Pula and only 10-15 min drive from the numerous beaches in Duga Uvala, Fazana, Pula, Rovinj ... Central location of the village in southern Istria enables quiet rest and yet everything at hand, as well as numeros activities in the close surroundings. Different kinds of beaches on the east or the west cost are only few min drive. If you are looking for the adventure you can try horseback riding with riding school in the horse ranch nearby, try adventure park, or zip-line over Pazin cave, experience white roads driving with 4x4 Quad Club or visit dinosaur replicas in different sizes in Dino park and Paleo park, or enjoy whole family fun in aqua parks all 20 -30 min drive away from Filipana. As well, you can explore the roman ruins and safari park in Brijuni National Park, or visit popular historic towns such as Pula, Rovinj, Vodnjan and Motovun, all within 10- 25 min drive. There are several restaurants offering traditional Istrian specialties in the range of 1-8 km away. The airport is a 15 min drive.

The house accommodates max 7 guests, has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. In the living room there is an extra sofa bed where additionally can sleep 1 guest. Guests can freely enjoy the private outdoor pool and the shaded 30m2 covered terrace or on the open terrace on the first floor. The house is air conditioned and fully equipped for a relaxing holiday (equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, linen, towels ...) Wi-fi, air conditioning and parking for 3 vehicles are free. The owner lives in the semi-detached part of the house opposite side, having separate entrance and parking and not sharing any space or view with guests, so the guests have complete privacy.

    “Empfehlenswert Positiv: Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus erwartet. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.”
