Amazing holiday home in exclusive and very quiet residential area of Santa Cruz facing the Port with panoramic views of the sea and the city with free parking space. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Rambla de Santa Cruz and a 10 minute walk from Plaza España and downtown. Cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bus stop for those who prefer to travel by public transport, for example to Las Teresitas Beach which is only 10 minutes away.

The holiday home is on the eighth floor, is very bright and has 3 large glass encased balconies, which offer an impressive 180º view of the port, the city center and the majestic mountains of the Anaga mountain range, a spacious dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, a third bedroom with a single bed and two bathrooms with shower.

It is an ideal apartment for those looking to stay in a quiet place, at the foot of the Anaga Biosphere Reserve, with all the comforts at hand to rest and explore the island.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
