Beautiful vacation home with private pool in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, 18 km from Avignon, in the Alpilles.

This fully air-conditioned vacation home is a rare product and is located in a beautiful, fenced, tree-lined garden, within walking distance of the center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. It is beautifully restored, has a lovely terrace next to the kitchen overlooking the pool, is very bright, with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The house has a laundry room and a large modern kitchen. The interiors are elegant, very tastefully decorated in pastel tones, with exposed beams. Note that in the first two bedrooms the single beds can be made into a large double bed.

Within half an hour you can reach numerous places of interest: Avignon, Arles, Les Baux-de-Provence, Tarascon and Eygalières. A little further, you will find the Luberon, the Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the villages of the Côtes-du-Rhône, the Camargue and the sea. Enjoy the exceptional climate of this fabulous region of Provence! From the house you can walk or bike along one of the pretty shady paths through the surrounding countryside. Fifteen minutes drive away is the Baux-de-Provence golf course. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is a village popular with artists for the beauty of its colors, its alleys with small stores and its gourmet restaurants.
