Villa close to the beach and centre

Lovely four bedroom villa, spacious and completely restored with a contemporary and fresh style to rent in Cala D'Or, Majorca. The villa is located in a quiet residential street only a few minutes' walk to the sandy coves Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran, as well as Cala D'Or centre with restaurants, shops and amenities.

Two-storey villa that enjoys a lot of natural light. Open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. From the living area, there is access to porch at front of the villa with a sitting area overlooking the pool. From the kitchen a side sliding door connects to a small porch with a dining table. The ground floor offers also a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with semi-integrated shower room. On the first floor we find two further bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a dressing area, semi-integrated shower room and access to its own terrace. The last one is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

In the front part of the property is the 7 x 4 meter pool with sun terrace.
Comfortable furniture under the covered terrace overlooking the pool invite you for an aperitif.

On the side porch is a large dining table with mobile bbq
2 cars can be parked on the property

The air conditioning is available if required.
Please bring your own pool and beach towels.
