It is located in Koutsourás, a quiet, agricultural village in South-Eastern Crete. It is less than 2 km west of the tourist town of Makry Gialos, 23 km east of Ierapetra, and 33 km from Sitia. The luxurious accommodation boasts spectacular views of the southern Crete landscape, moon and sunset. Located only a few minutes’ walk from a local pebble beach, bakery, and coffee shops, patisserie, super markets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacy, the villa combines romantic seclusion with proximity to modern comforts.

This luxury 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom penthouse is the top floor of the sea-front, luxury Moonlight Villa and is designed to accommodate the elite traveler with a desire for exceptional style and comfort. The penthouse has its own private hot tub, BBQ and loungers. Breath-taking panoramic views can be enjoyed summer and winter. When the sea is calm, you are overwhelmed with serenity and tranquility. When the sea is rough, you feel as if steering a boat, confident and ready for action. The penthouse consists of 3 private wings. Two of the wings have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: a master bedroom (1.80 m bed) with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom for children (one bedroom has two single beds, the other bedroom has 4 bunk beds). The third wing consists of a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Thus, the penthouse is ideal for 3 families or 4 couples.

Included in the price is indoor cleaning and linen change once a week for bookings longer than a week. Additional cleaning is possible at a small extra cost.

The property is located only a few km away from the tourist town of Makry Gialos, as well as traditional Cretan mountain villages with numerous authentic tavernas and bars. The nearest airports are in Sitia (36 km) and Heraklion (114 km; private transportation can be arranged at a fee). The enclosed private property sits on a pedestrian walk in front of the rocky Mediterranean, with leisure lounge areas by the pool and the beach front. The south-east coast of Crete is devoid of currents and other dangers and provide a safe haven for those who enjoy swimming in the open sea. You can find a pebble beach, restaurants and tavernas at a walkable distance (~5min walk). But you can also enjoy numerous other beaches that are 5 - 15 minute drive from the property. You can stay a whole week and not have to visit the same beach twice – we will share with you all our local secrets.
