Pretty independent vacation home in Falerna, in the province of Catanzaro, in an area between the sea and the mountains, just 1.5 km from the sandy and pebbly beach. The house is located in a panoramic position and is surrounded by a large garden that invites you to relax. On the large covered veranda with barbecue, table and chairs you can wonderfully relax in the evening and enjoy pleasant meals outdoors . Guests have at their disposal two kitchens and four bedrooms with two bathrooms on the first floor, another bedroom with bathroom, a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed on the second floor, which is accessible via an external staircase. All rooms on the first floor have access to the veranda, some rooms have a terrace, so guests can relax, lie in the sun or read a book and admire the magnificent panorama of the beach and the sea, which on clear days offers views as far as the Aeolian Islands. Thanks to its particular position, the house is an excellent starting point for excursions in the area rich in natural and cultural beauties. In a short time you can reach the places of Calabria most appreciated by tourists such as Pizzo and Tropea on the Tyrrhenian side or Catanzaro Lido, Isola Capo Rizzuto and Soverato on the Ionian side. The thermal baths of Lamezia Terme with sulfurous waters (39 degrees) are ideal for relaxation. Not far away is Falerna Marina with clubs, bars, discos and bathing establishments. The village of Falerna is situated on the slopes of Monte Mancuso, one of the most important peaks of the Reventino mountain range. Possibility of mountain bike or trekking excursions nearby and an ideal place for sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing.
