This beautiful country house has a great location as it is set in a charming quiet area with open countryside views. It enjoys also far reaching views across almond groves to the blue Mediterranean sea. The house is also located very close to the facilities and amenities that you need to spend a great holiday. Approx. 2km. away we find the small localities of Calonge and S’Horta, with some local shops and good restaurants. 5 minutes drive is the beautiful Cala Sanau sandy cove. The tourist resort Cala D'Or is also 2km. away and offers a never ending choice of restaurants, pretty sandy coves and the impressive international yacht harbour. In Cala D’Or you can practice water sports or take an excursion and discover the pretty south east coast with the glass bottom boat. 5 minutes drive direction Porto Colom there is the Golf course “Vall D’Or Gof”.

The country house Cullera is a beautifully designed two-storey country house. This elegant property with stylish modern decor is comfortably furnished throughout with high quality furnishings, fittings and interior stone wall features. From the hall we access to the spacious living/dining room with a comfortable seating area, a wood-burning stove and French doors opening to the garden terraces. Superb well equipped kitchen with an archway into a separate breakfast/dining room with direct access to the poolside terraces. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, side door to the sun terraces and full en-suite bathroom. Guest toilette with a shower. The staircase leads up to the galleried landing area and into the master double bedroom with a side door opening to a private sun terrace and steps leading to the rooftop terrace with truly magnificent views. The third bedroom has twin beds and side door to a further sun terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with heated towel rail. Laundry area with washing machine in the terrace.

The exterior is very spacious, with beautiful open views across almond groves and the sea in the distance. The pleasant gardens have a small grassed area, a citrus grove, many ornamental features and plenty of space for children to play. The lovely covered dining terrace overlooking the pool is ideal for enjoying freshly cooked barbecue meals. There is a magnificent swimming (9.00m - 4.50m Depth 1.00m - 1.80m) with Roman steps and a spacious sun terrace with comfortable reclining sunbeds; the ideal spot to relax during the long summery days. By the pool there is a covered barbecue area.

All bedrooms have complimentary air conditioning with a limited timetable (14.00h.-16.00h. and 21.00-08.00).

    “Positiv: sauberes Haus, schöne Anlage um den Pool.
    Kritik: die Grillstellen sind ziemlich heruntergekommen. An der runden Bar/Grillstelle fehlt das Strohdach. Nicht wirklich sauber um die Grillstelle.
    Keinerlei Bestuhlung/Liegen auf den Terrassen (3), außer der Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer. Am Pool 5 Liegen obwohl das Haus für 6 Personen ist. Wir waren zum Glück nur 4.Fehlende Außendusche am Pool. Absauganlage des Pools saugt schlecht ab! Wespen, Federn,etc kommen immer wieder in den Pool zurück. Geschirr gehört mal aufgefrischt. Passende gleiche Gläser, Tassen wären schön! Wasser läuft durch den Ofen im Esszimmer, wenn die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet ist. Viel Wasser! Mehrmals am Tag war aufwischen angesagt.”

    “Vielen Dank, wir haben die Punkte an den Eigentümer weitergeleitet.
    Weiterhin bitten wir jedoch immer unsere Kunden, dem Eigentümer, sofern er vor Ort ist, ansonsten die Agentur, bei wichtigen Punkten wie Wasserverlust der Klimaanlage umgehend kontaktieren, um Abhilfe zu schaffen und um auch fortsetzende Wasserschäden zu bremsen.
    Zum Pool ist hinzuzufügen, dass grade im Hochsommer viele Wespen im Pool sind. Der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich vom Poolmann kontrolliert und gereinigt. Da am Tag zig Wespen und Federn in den Pool fallen, können diese mit dem Kesher rausgefischt werden.
    Eine Aussendusche ist unter den Ausstattungspunkten nicht aufgeführt.
