Masseria Pagliamonte

Antica Masseria from '700 is located within 10 minutes drive from the "White City" of Ostuni and from the sandy beaches of the coast of Ostuni. It is an ancient renovated house , preserving the characteristics of the past. The thick walls painted with lime, decorated with colorful flowers, frame all the entire structure.

The farm has 3 properties one for 4 and the other for 5 for a total of 14 beds.
This house is next to another rented house, both divided by a booth in the reeds. The third villa is on the back.


INDEPENDENT SPACES
Each villa has outside a patio area with sofas, table and chairs. In common is only the parking area and the entrance gate to the entire property.

The farm has within it an entrance with sleigh bed, a dining room with attention to detail which makes chic the whole properties and there is an imposing fireplace. From here access to the kitchen, all masonry, to the master bedroom with a canopy bed nestled under the imposing vaulted ceilings with soft lighting and the second bedroom with two single beds.
The two bedrooms overlook the gardens. The verandas for private use are two in front of a house, the other on the back, here there are 2 deckchairs and a barbecue.
Suitable for those who want a romantic holiday in a historic residence decorated in light and soft colors.

BEACHES: A 10-minute drive you will be in the large nature reserve of Torre Guaceto Oasis, which features in the stretches of beach of fine sand, clear water and the evergreen Mediterranean vegetation.
WATERFRONT RECOMMENDED:
Torre Santa Sabina 15 km away, here there is an ancient watchtower that gives the name to the town and the waterfront, the choice is yours: a romantic stroll along the promenade, a cocktail in one of the lounge bar, a pizza beachfront or a tasty fish dinner in the restaurants overlooking the sea.

PASTIFICIO RECOMMENDED at 2000 meters:
'Il Mattarello' known for the production of orecchiette with valuable local flour 'Senatore Cappelli' and for the production of the known 'panzerottini' from Puglia, to fry with fresh mozzarella and tomato. Ask to those slightly spicy.
FRIED FISH, 2000 MT:
by 'Musa': point of reference for lovers of fresh fish, the sea mussels, to buy or eat on the spot in the evening. Try the fried fish, squid and shrimp. Dishes to take away.
TO VISIT IN SAN VITO DEI NORMANNI:
The city is full of churches among which there is the' BASILICA SANTA MARIA OF VICTORIES ', a jewel of late sixteenth century. Inside, under a majestic barrel vault, they can admire the altars of polychromatic marble, the splendid organ case with pure gold carvings and the icon of the Holy Mother of God "Nikopeia". This icon was solemnly crowned with tiaras by St. John Paul II and this same beloved Pope has elevated to 'Pontifical Minor' Basilica church in 1998. Today, it is the preferred stage to celebrate their marriage. Here, on the square outside, many bars.

The property is located in Contrada Pagliamonte, very quiet, inhabited mainly during the summer, particularly suitable for those who want to have a good race and long walks. Guests, at 1000 meters from the hotel, can reach the "Masseria Correo" to buy local products such as cheese, meat, olive oil, jams, breads and much more. Being a "didactic farm", it allows visitors to learn about and try the experience to produce with his own hands the Apulian local specialties.
At just 2000 meters there is the urban center of San Vito dei Normanni town of 20,000 inhabitants, where they can provide themselves with everything that can serve, boasts a majestic medieval Castle of Dentex Frasso dynasty. A 5 km we are in the center of Carovigno town of 18,000 inhabitants, known for the many taverns. At 10 km the White City of Ostuni, fascinating with the white color of the houses and the dominant position it assumes and the many cafes in the narrow streets of the historic center from the modern desing.
