The Villa is Located only 300 meters from the beach, with a short walk to everything you need. Nice greek Tavernas, shops, cafeterias, minimarkets, bars, the beach, etc.
Seven Springs is only 5 min away and Rhodos nicest sandy beach called TSAMPIKA BEACH, is the beach next to you.

It has a big common swimming pool, which is filled up from 01 April until the end of October. It has airconditioning on the ground floor & bedrooms.

The villa is a 2-floor semi-detached cozy furnitured house with spacious living room, dining table, WC, double sofa bed and the kitchen on the ground floor. Here you will also find your own private outside bathroom where two persons at the same time can shower under the blue sky. This is our guest's favorite spot of the villa.

Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with two double bedrooms and a family room with (double bed and a single bed).

The house provides all its comfort you need. it has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and outside BBQ.

The villa has a big private garden on the front and a bigger common area on the back covered with grass. We have big windows and doors which you can open to enter your back patio. The backyard is connected with the swimming pool and your own private jacuzzi on your terasse where you can enjoy the sunset breeze with a glass of wine

You have a wonderful mountain view a nice garden and you are located in a quite area. You are still not far from the busy main street where everything is happening.

Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes town and it is only four minutes from the village of Afandou and Archangelos with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course.

The villa sleeps up to 8 persons. Prices shown are up to 6 persons.
Above 8 there will be an additional fee of 15 euros per person per night.

The house have a nice atmosphere located on quiet, very safe and children friendly neighbourhood. Everything is on a walking distance , Super marked, cafeterias, restaurants, shops and bars. The sea is only a short walk away

    “We stayed in #17 Tsambika from 29 July until 12 August. Elias the owner organised transfer from the airport, left water, wine etc for us. The property is amazing, lovely and peaceful. #17 is opposite the pool with a nice patio area with a huge table and sunbeds. The house can sleep 9 easily in bedrooms but there is also a great mezzanine bed in the living room. Everything you need is there, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Tanya the cleaner came once a week, the place is spotless and Elias was always a call away if needed. Because of our late flight Elias allowed us to stay until our taxi arrived at 19.30. I heartily recommend this complex.”
