The Majorcas holiday residence was renovated from the beginning of January 2017 to the spring of 2018.There are now 10 holiday apartments available for year-round rental to holidaymakerThe holiday home is wonderfully quietly situated and yet it is only 500 metres to the south, directly in front of the front door is a forest, the Dahmer Gehege.To the south/west there is a seemingly infinite view of the open countrysideThe apartments of the Majorca have been built in 2017/18 and are equipped with the most modern facilities.Crockery and furniture have been completely renewed.Thus, the rooms have LED downlights as ceiling/room lighting, various walls painted in bright pastel shades.The floors are tiled with porcelain stoneware in light oak optics.The modern bathrooms are tiled with large tiles in light beige high gloss look and design border. Floor-to-ceiling shower floors and rainforest shower as well as safety glass shower cabins create a sophisticated ambience.The holiday can begin..finally take a deep breath, have the feeling to have arrived - to have time for yourself...WLAN and a LED flat screen TV are the exclusive standard of the apartments.     “Positiv: Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Wohnung war sauber. Negativ: Es werden Tauben direkt im Haus gehalten. Es laufen drei Hunde permanent frei auf dem Grundstück herum, die Vermieterin rät von direktem Kind-Hund Kontakt ohne Beisein der Eltern ab. Die Hunde wirken eher ängstlich und kommen laut der Vermieterin aus verschiedenen Ländern, haben dort sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit Menschen gemacht.
    Gartennutzung aufgrund der Tauben nicht möglich, diese würden dann zu unruhig werden.
    Die W-lanqualität ist sehr schlecht und w-lan gibt WE’s von 9:00-22:00 Uhr.”

    “Liebe Frau R.,
    Meine Hunde sind nur dann frei auf dem Grundstück wenn ich auch da bin..Sie sind nicht ängstlich..mögen es jedoch nicht permanent angefasst zu werden..Der Gartenbereich ist nicht geöffnet...das ist richtig..Schade das es Gäste gibt die so wenig Verständnis für Tiere hat wie sie..Sie haben ein Appartement gemietet das in tadellosem Zustand war..Schade das ich es wieder bekommen habe..als hätte eine Bombe eingeschlagen..”
