House in Westend with Barbecue, Terrace and Garden

The small villa is a growing West from the 40s.

A perfect copy of the historic main building from 1928 (New Building). In the small villa, 80 sqm, 3 rooms with sleeping facilities, a spacious kitchen, 1 guest toilet, and a shower room. (On the ground floor are the kitchen and great room with views of the countryside) .A small staircase leads to the 1st floor where the bathroom and the other two rooms are located.     Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne Positiv: Das Ambiente. Zurück in die Vergangenheit Negativ: Das die Rohre auf Putz liegen”

    “Alles in allem würde wir dort noch einmal Urlaub machen, allerdings mit Einschränkungen. Das Auto bewegt man in der Woche besser nicht mehr vom Fleck, da man ansonsten ein Parkplatzproblem bekommt. Ist allerdings nicht schlimm, da man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Positiv: Erstklassige Lage, fussläufig alles zu erreichen, was man möchte. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Negativ: Alles sehr alt, auch die Toilettenspülung, welche zurück gedrückt werden musste, damit das Wasser nicht ständig läuft. Restaurant: Mutter Hoppe - Das Restaurant liegt am roten Rathaus, gute Küche, sehr nettes Personal, Preis okay. Es wäre gut vorher zu reservieren. Ausflüge: Grunewald - Sehr schöner Wald mit vielen Freiteitmöglichkeiten.”
