The house is located in a holiday park, surrounded by pure nature, in the scenic Vulkaneifel.
The detached house (see photos) has a living space of 65m² with a terrace (roofed). The first bedroom, the living room with fireplace (pellets) and the bathroom with toilet and shower can be reached through the central hallway in the house. The living room leads to both the second bedroom and the new kitchen. Through the large terrace windows in the living room you have a wonderful view of the valley in addition to the exit to the terrace. When the sun is out, you can relax and have a barbecue all day on the terrace. (Garden furniture and grill available). A toddler bed and a high chair are available for small children. The property is car-free. (Cars are only allowed to load and unload luggage on the premises. However, the park has an extra private parking lot) The wooded area is ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. It offers a lot of nature and leisure opportunities. In summer and winter the landscape is unmistakable. Volcanic maars such as the Dauner Maare or the Pulvermaar, the flowing Born, the lava bomb and the fairy tale and natural forest path are just some of the many sights. A visit to Germany's oldest city, Trier, is always worth an experience. In short: a versatile holiday destination that has something to offer for every taste!
