Magnificent apartment in Puerto Marina

The apartment is located in the best area of La Costa del Sol, since it is within Puerto Marina and the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena.

Fully furnished, with air conditioning in living room and bedroom. It has a large terrace where you can eat, sunbathe or enjoy a drink or coffee. In the surroundings you will find diverse and varied restaurants, pubs, cafes, ice cream parlors, recreation areas, shopping center, supermarkets and theme parks. The building where the apartment is located is located in a fairly quiet area, facing a space where there are hardly any annoying shops. To access the apartment, located on floor 2, there is an elevator. Available international channels and Smart TV and movies and series from Netflix and Prime Video. It is very well stocked with small appliances, where you can find a microwave, water heater, kettle, toaster, coffee maker…, apart from the refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and washing machine. In the living room there is an extendable table that can be used to eat inside. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, with 22 "led TV, sheets, bedspreads and blankets; full bathroom with towels; living room with music system and 32" led TV with satellite channels, fireplace and a very comfortable double sofa bed; kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, 3-burner ceramic hob with oven, dishes and cooking utensils and a small outdoor clothesline. It has air conditioning in living room and bedroom; iron and ironing board. It is a cozy apartment and very well located. We are committed to the environment and, therefore, our apartment receives electricity from a utility company that uses 100% green energy. Likewise, most of the electrical appliances have a consumption of category A or A + or higher and the bulbs are of the LED type. It has security elements, such as a security lock, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide. There is also a first aid kit.

On the terrace there is a table and 4 chairs to be able to have lunch or dinner.

The property of the Puerto Marina 204 apartment has established an exhaustive cleaning protocol for the apartment, as well as for the reception of clients, to avoid as much as possible the contagion and spread of Covid-19.
