    “Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und es muss unbedingt Geld investiert werden. Das Dach ist undicht, keine Fliegengitter, Wildwuchs auf der Terrasse, Gartentor verrostet und viele Mängel mehr, die hier jetzt nicht alle reinpassen. Werde an die Besitzer auch eine Mail schreiben mit der genauen Auflistung der Mängel. Das Haus ist nicht die Summe wert die wir gezahlt haben.”

    “Positiv: Sehr großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus bei dem kaum ein Wunsch offen bleibt. Fliegengitter könnten etwas mehr vorhanden sein. Freizeit: Gesamte Insel Rügen gut zu erreichen.”

    “Alles in allem ein Ort an dem man sich sehr wohl fühlen konnte. Positiv: Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll aber auch zweckmäßig und zugleich einladend eingerichtet.”

    “Positiv: Viel Platz! 3 Parkplätze. Abstellmöglichkeit auf dem Hinterhof für bis zu 10 Fahrräder, allerdings nicht überdacht. 3 Bäder waren top. Negativ: Kleine Mängel waren schon zu verzeichnen. Könnten aber ohne größeren Aufwand beseitigt werden. Freizeit: Mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr mobil und gut unterwegs. Radtouren bis nach Sellin sind möglich. Schloss Granitz. Rasender Roland. Hallenbad Sellin und die Ostsee natürlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.”
