Istrian stone house is located next to protected pine forest in small village Kaštel (hamlet Vrh - Monte) in a very peaceful area and with a beautiful view on the golf of Piran, Sečovlje Salts, ideal position for walking, bicycling and relaxation. Istrian village is located near Slovene/Croatian border on Croatian side, 5 km from the sea, 8 km from Portorož and 10 km from Umag. House is suitable for 4-6 persons (whole stone house) with a living room (TV, open fire).     “Im großen und ganzen ist das Haus so wie beschrieben. Man sollte sich aber im klaren sein, dass man wirklich auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Egal ob zum Bäcker oder zum Strandbesuch. Zum nächsten Strand sind es 15 km (ca. 25 min. mit Parkplatzsuche), was eigentlich zu weit ist. Dieses ist aber so beschrieben, deshalb weiß man es ja im voraus.
    Die schönste Stadt war Rovinj (ca. 50 min. Entfernung, aber unbedingt Autobahn fahren), wo wir den nächsten Urlaub verbringen werden. Positiv: -Freundlichkeit der Vermieter-2 x Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern-gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis-super Wetter (hat aber nichts mit dem Ferienhaus zu tun) Negativ: -Die Einrichtung war eigentlich nur für 4 Personen (nur 4 Stühle in der Küche, nur 2 Doppelbetten)-Wenig Besteck, wenig Gläser (es musste nach jeder Mahlzeit abgewaschen werden)-Fernsehen war nur in der Küche möglich (da es kein Wohnzimmer gab) und dann auf 4 Küchenstühlen-Kein Fliegenschutz vor dem Fenster (deshalb 1 Skorpion, mehrere Tausendfüßler und reichlich Mücken im Haus)-Das Grundstück war nicht komplett abgezäunt.-15 km bis Umag (nächster Strandort)-an jeder Ecke waren Parkgebühren fällig (außer natürlich vor dem Haus)-Auto musste vor dem Grundstück stehen Beste Reisezeit: Summer - Wir werden nicht noch einmal in dieses Haus gehen, da uns die Gegend und das Haus nicht 100 % gefallen hat. Umgebung: Leider ist alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar und nichts in der unmittelbaren Umgebung”
