Spacious apartment with a large terrace, in a house surrounded by a child-friendly garden

This spacious apartment is in a quiet side street near a supermarket, a butcher and a wine and liquor shop, as well as the town centre.

The 96m² apartment has three rooms (two bedrooms) and can accommodate up to six people. Air conditioning is available. The living room has a sofa bed for one or two people, a TV and access to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has a new and full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a gas stove, electric stove, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. It also provides access to the terrace. The dining area is in the kitchen. There is a bathroom (with bath, washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and window) and a WC (with toilet, washbasin and window).

The apartment is very conveniently located and is ideal for a quiet family holiday.

The apartment is surrounded by a child-friendly, 870m² open plot of land with trees, flowers and bushes. You can also grill here. The terrace is very large (30m²) with a table and chairs, overlooking the green garden.

    “Alles ok, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen Positiv: Viel Platz, insgesamt ruhige Lage Restaurant: Da Giovanni - Gute Qualität grosse Portionen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr frequentiert, evtl. kleine Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen Ausflüge: Kap Kameniak - Geniale Buchten, in denen dich die Besuchermassen ein bisschen verlieren”

    “Geräumige, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im 1.OG mit großem Balkon, Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie wohnen im EG und sind jederzeit ansprechbar.
    Zwei große Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Lidl und Plödine ca. 150m) und ein kleines Metzgergeschäft (ca. 50m) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Restaurant befindet sich in ca. 200m Entfernung.”

    “Super sauber, sehr nette Vermieter und alles da, was man braucht. Einkaufen in 300 Metern, zur Promenade ca. 1.200 Meter. Uns hat es gut gefallen.”

    “Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Alle für Kroatien so typischen und wunderschönen Badestrände (wie z. B. Kamenjak) waren in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war für 6 Personen ideal und auf keinen Fall zu klein. Sehr überzeugt hat uns die Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Kroatien ist ohne Untertreibung das kinderfreundlichste Land, indem wir je Urlaub machten. Immer wieder gern! Positiv: Badestrände Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, tourist office - Ein Metzger ist ebenfalls direkt nebenan vorhanden. Restaurant: Sandra - Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Ausflüge: Samy's Ranch (Reiten) - 1h kostet 120 Kuna (ca. 17 €)”
