Holiday Apartment in Savudrija with Private Parking and Magnificent View

The Franca apartment is immersed in the wonderful surrounding Mediterranean nature, splendid panoramic views, in a quiet area, the beach can be easily reached on foot in just 10 min. The best local restaurants are nearby. You will like my accommodation for the views, the fresh vegetables directly from the garden and the intimacy. Suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families (with children) pets are welcome with a supplement payable on arrival in cash

The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, pebbly, concrete, rocky, for every taste. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds in vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

* Small pets up to 10 kg ( max 1 ) are allowed with a supplement per night payable in cash on arrival.
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside
* We kindly ask our guests:

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,

- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,

- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,

- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

The air-conditioned 45 sqm apartment furnished with care and love is located in a family house with a private entrance. It has a double bedroom with sofa and wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cupboard, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, towels two per person for the bathroom are provided (changed weekly) The living area is composed of a sitting area with sofa bed, coffee table coffee, flat screen satellite TV, free Wi-fi internet connection and kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer area, stove with two electric plates, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, dining table with 4 chairs. The living area leads out onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. In the private garden next to the house there is a table and chairs covered with wonderful vegetation. Private parking near the house. The ideal accommodation to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility away from the noise of the city.

The Savudrija area is known by tourists for the healthy air that comes from the pine forests that abound in the area. The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, rocky and also with pebbles. The area is also loved by cyclists for the various cycle paths in the surroundings, not to mention the Kempinski golf course with 18 holes just 3 kilometers away.
The location is ideal for a quiet stay, relaxing walks along the coast or cycling, water sports, horse riding, for golf lovers the Golf Club Adritic golf course with 18 holes at 3 km, tennis courts a 1.5 km, for nightlife just go to Bassania, in the Bora Bora bar which is located by the sea near the famous Savudrija lighthouse
The city of Umag is only 6 km away.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam named “Diga”, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the promenade for the delight of children. To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, the adrenaline park Jangalooz for children with mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino’, possibility of various boat or bus trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small marvelous Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.

    “herrliche 3 wochen urlaub. Positiv: die besitzer waren sehr freundlich,wir haben frische honigmelonen und frisches gemüse aus ihrem eigenen garten bekommen und durften uns jederzeit etwas daraus holen,wenn wir wollten.
    nach 22.00uhr war es so still,daß man nur noch das zirpen der zikaden hörte. Negativ: es gab mal ein wenig probleme mit dem internet.ich habe dann bei trevitours angerufen und gefragt woran es liegt.sie haben sich dann darum gekümmert und bald darauf funktionierte es problemlos.also kein wirklicher minuspunkt(technik spinnt halt manchmal). Restaurant: Pizzeria andi in basanja - sehr leckeres essen in einem gemütlichem lokal,die kellner alle sehr freundlich und bewahren die ruhe und überblick auch wenn es mal voller wird.”
