The Biancarosa apartment is located in Zignago di Brenzone (via Ugo Foscolo n. 11), surrounded by nature, in a panoramic and very quiet area, away from traffic.The apartment is on the first floor of a large house with 6 other apartments, each with its own entrance.You enter a living area divided on the left with kitchen and dining area on the right living area with sofa and TV stand and balcony with lake view, through a corridor you enter the bathroom with shower and the two bedrooms, one double on the right (with ceiling fan) with balcony overlooking the lake and one with two single beds on the left.The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV with satellite channels and wifi.On the ground floor there is a garden with deck chairs and umbrella and a magnificent lake view.Parking inside the property which is completely fenced and closed with an automatic gate.Inside the property there is a barbecue area available for guests.The beach can be reached by a 700 meters long path or by car in 5 minutes.The supermarket is 1.5 km away.Pets allowed (maximum 2).In the surroundings there are many paths for walks, even demanding ones, or easy to visit the hamlets of Brenzone, all very pretty and picturesque.Short descriptionOther : Non-smoking houseShort description 1Number of kitchens : 1Garden and outdoorGarden facilities : Garden furniture provided, Grill

The Biancarosa apartment has:

All around the house there is a large garden area completely fenced and closed with an automatic gate; a part of the garden is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

Inside the property there are parking spaces reserved for customers and a barbecue area.

The beach can be reached by an 800m long path or by car with a 1500m long road.

The house is located in a panoramic position surrounded by greenery, away from busy roads. Just outside the gate are numerous footpaths for gentle as well as challenging walks.

    “Wunderschön, sauber, gigantisch!

    Wir haben einen Mega-Urlaub dort verbracht! Von den 2 Balkonen hatten wir einen wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee- sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts! Die Vermieterin ist zuvorkommend und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hat stets ihre Hilfe angeboten!
    Es gibt einen einzigen Wehmutstropfen: Das Haus mit den Wohnung liegt hoch im Berg! Wenn man also nicht mit dem Auto zum öffentlichen Strand fahren will (es gibt fast nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze), dann muss einen steilen Ab- und Aufstieg in Kauf nehmen! Aber wie gesagt, dafür hat man einen gigantischen Ausblick auf den Gardasee!
    Für den perfekten Urlaub hätte wir uns noch eine Klimaanlage gewünscht (wir hatten extra nach einer solchen FeWo gesucht!), aber da es vor unserem Urlaub dort unbeständig war und es abgekühlt hatte, haben uns die Ventilatoren völlig ausgereicht. Lobenswert muss man auch erwähnen, dass es aber auch Fliegengitter an den Balkontüren gab, wodurch auch nachts gelüftet werden konnte und somit die Stechmücken gehindert wurden, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Allerdings finden diese immer einen Weg...”
