Large property located in the residential area of Cala Gonone, convenient to the beach as well as the main services and the marina from which boats depart to visit the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, to name a few .It consists of two completely independent lodgings within the same structure.The first, with a beautiful sea view from the veranda, consists of a large living area with sofas, armchairs and fireplace, separate kitchen, double bedroom, two other double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms; the walls are embellished with numerous paintings made by important local artists.In this accommodation there are TV, washing machine and dishwasher.The second accommodation is a practical three-room apartment consisting of living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, triple bedroom and bathroom.In this accommodation there are TV and washing machine.All around the property a large private courtyard / garden furnished with table and chairs where there is a stone barbecue.Given its characteristics is the ideal structure for two families who want to spend the holidays together, but each with its independence, as well as for large groups of friends / couples. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.Final cleaning: € 110.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental prior communication: € 20.00 per person.Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week.Internet rental, upon verification of the signal: 9.00 euros / day.Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces.Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): charge of one more night's stay.Security deposit: € 300.00.
