Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air condition and SAT-TV. All bedrooms have access to a beautiful balcony with partial seaview. One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth), which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning system.
