House in Arco Da Calheta with Private Parking and Mountain View

A charming new villa house with total relaxation and excellent views of the ocean and tipical town mountain and centre views.

The area of the "Rose villa" house has a total of 400 m2 where the total construction area covers 300 m2 and was built in the year 2012; so new. An amplea private parking cars space with remote electric gate. the construction was carried out mainly on ground floor and the rest on the top floor. The ground floor consists of a Hall of distribution, big living room and dining room, full moderm kitchen, laundry area equipped with washing machine, service bathroom in support of this area is equipped with quality. Near the dinning area has ample space slading glass outdoors to the garden and patio where is a solarium and bricks big barbecue. The gardens space is also used as a solarium giving the feeling that we are on the beach.

The upper floor consists of: two bedrooms where the master bedroom is large and output to the magnificient balcony where you can relax and see the sunsets and beautiful ocean and town views, there is a large double quality bed and a build in wardrove, has a private bathroom equipped with shower cabine. There is a 3th service bathroom with bath and full equiped. The second bedroom has other double bed equipped with ample wardrove and a magnifique open glass big windows to enjoy the sun and the ocean views also with an unique sunny balcony!

The surrounding house areas are arrounded and fenced with patios and garden.

From an architectural perspective, this house has a volumetric discrete exterior with traditional characteristics and movement provided by the various plans facade. The construction and painting are excellent quality finishes.

The house is fully furnished with modern furniture of good quality and good taste.

The "Rose house" House has a private car and pedestrian entrance with automatic gates along the road, where the distance between the road and the house provide a nice quiet environment without noises, it should be noted that this road has little traffic and Regional is very quiet, great for guests looking for peace in their holiday to relax with the sounds of birds, also has a lot of privacy because the whole property is fenced with a wall and fences.

The level of geographic location of "Rose house" in Calheta is situated in the parish of Arco da Calheta, Council of Calheta, the best sunny south West Zone of Madeira.

It has the privilege of being a location where the annual average temperature over the last 30 years is 19.4 ° C, and a temperate zone. As regards in sight is located on top of a green valley that allows the view of the ocean and the mountains to the top of the mountain, is situated in an area classified as Nature 2000 and very near the Natural Park of Madeira where it is located largest area of laurel forest and in the World Heritage of Humanity.

The level of accessibility is about five minutes from Marina da Calheta, Cultural Center of the House of Plants in the beach of Madalena do Mar, the place of the pools below, local paragliding, twenty minutes from Funchal and thirty minutes the airport.

It is about 350 meters from the viewpoint of Arco da Calheta where you can enjoy a panorama that will not easily forget. In the background, there down the extensive cultivation of bananas mottled white houses that emerges from the green vegetation. On the opposite side we have a magnificent view of the Calheta, facing the sea have a lot to be see on the horizon that allows our guests to the end of the day, witness the magnificent sunset and enjoy in the morning and all day sun !

Location description : Madeira is a relatively small island a rented car makes the property as a good base also for sightseeing.
Entertainment: Madalena do Mar restaurant is one of the best sea front restaurants in Madeira Island! As well Calheta beach restaurants are very good with restaurants, the Marina of Calheta beach, its sand golden beach and the supermarket “Pingo Doce” for a big shopping or as well Ribeira Brava town with all services, shops and supermarket “Continente”. The property provided a good base from which to tootle off and explore nearby villages and towns, walking during the day along Madeira's fantastic Levedas and whiled away the afternoons in the secluded garden sun trap surrounded by banana trees. Have double aspect views of the sea and the mountain and was filled with sunshine for morning cup of tea in bed! Only nature and relax!

    “schöner Blick , bei Temp um 14 ° (mittlere Temp) ein Heizlüfter mit 2 kw nicht ausreichend , nur eine grosse warme Bettdecke, Stecker vom Toaster defekt, Wasserkocher defekt, beide Sofas verschlissen , keine genütlichen Stühle. Sofaüberdecken stanken.
    Auf Nachfrage zweite Heizung erhalten, zwei von drei Heizstäben defekt, ,mit 800 Watt für das zweite Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend (zwei Einzelpersonen.)
    Zweite warme Decke auf Nachfrage erhalten.
    Kein Trockner, Wäsche nach zwei Tagen teilweise trocken.
    Das zweiteSchlafzimmer mit schönem Blick war gesperrt. Das dritte rückseitigeSchlafzimmer hatte hinterm Wandeinbauschrank eine laute Wasserpumpe. Während der Schlafenszeiten kein fliessend Wasser entnehmbar ( auch Bäder und Toiletten nicht) weil zu laut. Wohnzimmer nicht nutzbar weil dauerhaft zu kalt.
    Stellplatz auf Grundstück gut, aber Torelektrik zum Öffnen defekt, von Hand schwer zu schieben.
    Für wärmere Monate als Februar Liegen, Balkone, Grillequipment vorhanden.
    Mit Mietwagen guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Richtungen. Reichlich Bars und Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf . Restaurants eher enttäuschend und teuer.”

    “Da werden wir wieder Urlaub machen. Positiv: Die Aussicht auf das Meer. Der riesige Griillplatz. Die sehr freundliche und unkompizierte Betreuung durch den Hausverwalter vor Ort. Stellplatz für Auto auf dem Grundstück. Beste Reisezeit: Brstimmt das ganze Jahr reizvoll. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - Bademöglichkeit in Calheta Beach. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.”
